Our Practice Nurses work in the surgery seeing patients at similar times to the Doctors. They assist in all aspects of practice work and are responsible for running the disease management clinics.
Phlebotomists & Healthcare Assistants
Anne Robertson (HCA), Lindsey Whitehead (HCA) & Louise Ellis (Phlebotomist)
They are qualified Phlebotomists/Healthcare Assistants and hold clinics for taking blood samples and blood pressures each morning Monday to Friday.

We have dedicated Reception & Administration teams, trained in various areas to assist you to access all our services available.

Health Visitors
The health visitor is involved in the promotion of good health, particularly in children under 5 years of age. She gives advice and support to new mothers, and those experiencing problems and monitors children's growth and development. The health visitor works within the community and liaises closely with our doctors. If you need to ring the health visitor she can be contacted on 01274 200617 during weekdays.
Community Nurses
The district nurses are based at Windhill Green Medical Practice, they work mainly in the community, caring for patients who are unable to attend the surgery. They also provide palliative and terminal care for patients in there own home. They can be contacted on 01274 256131.
Community Midwives
The midwife provides care for pregnant women at our antenatal clinics and mothers with new born babies at home. Antenatal clinics are held in the practice.
