HALE is a healthy living project based in Shipley, that works to improve the health of local communities. HALE run their own health related activities, and also produce directories of activities taking place throughout the area. They also operate Befriending and Networking schemes to help people who have become isolated, lonely or have lost confidence. Please follow the link below.
